I've recently installed this application on my own computer, and it works right. Therefore, I suggest you uninstall Ashampoo Internet Accelerator(Control Panel > Uninstall a program, or with the help of an uninstalling tool) and re-install it properly. Also to be sure that you download a reliable version of this application, go to its developer page and take it directly from there, or you can download it through Software Informer application's page. After that start the installation process again.
I'm using registered version Ashampoo Internet Accelerator 3.20 and I'm facing difficulty in using this software because I don't know how to accelerate the surfing. I'm using 3G connection of Reliance USB modem (Model: EC 121). It is 1 x wireless USB modem.
Can you help me to set the settings in software to accelerate the surfing? In this software's main window I could not understand what is best to choose for my connection.

In the Overview window, disable those 3 recommended services in case you don't use them. The QoS can be disabled for as long as you don't use a VoIP application (eg. Skype). The 20 % of your bandwidth is reserved in case the option is activated. The application features automatic setting for your computer. This means that you should use the Tasks menu on the right to optimize network connections to increase browsing speed.
